Hey so guess what you guys?!?! Sorry, I’ll tone down my joie de vivre. NO I WON’T! I found out on Friday that I’ve been shortlisted in the Health Blogger Awards 2017.
I was having a so-so day, having been up since the arse crack of dawn at the gym and then heralding two children through the rain-soaked streets of Southampton. We went to Haskins for lunch, my coffee went cold, my work phone was buzzing off the hook, yada yada. Then I checked my emails and the metaphorical sun came out.
The HealthUnlocked Health Blogger Awards recognise the important role that bloggers play across health and the insight and information they share.
I’m shortlisted in the weight loss or healthy eating blogger of the year category – focusing on supporting people to lose weight or encouraging people to eat healthier. Now, you know I’m not really into promoting weight loss per se, I’m more about goal setting and fostering a healthy, motivated attitude to fitness and nutrition – so the healthy eating bit is totally my bag. Remember my post about fitness snacks? Or perhaps you enjoyed superfoods that slay?
